About Paradream With over 10 years of work experience as a Business and marketing Exec, Paradream CEO Scott Myers started the company Paradream Records. Scott Myers started Paradream Records not only on the backbone of his executive career but he also has an excellent ear for music and a deep knowledge of musical trends, movements, and styles from his generous passion for music. Mr Myers has also developed, networking, contract negotiation, written and verbal communication, budgeting, personnel management, multitasking, organization, and leadership skills which he gained while working as a Business and marketing executive. Paradream was initially formed to help unsigned artists achieve their goals through marketing and promotion. Paradream helped artists get signed to labels worldwide. The A&R company has now been transformed into Paradream Records, an independent record label. Paradream is focused on building relationships with its artists. The label's primary vision is to build a network of talented Philippine artists and artists from around the world. The Philippines has an extraordinary number of talented unsigned artists that go unnoticed by international labels. Attention is now turned to a worldwide scale of adding artists to its roster. At Paradream, we believe that the role of an independent label is not just scouting and signing new talent, but also keeping a family-orientated relationship with the artist and helping the artist(s) with whatever they need to fulfil the success of their career. Artists looking to partner with a professional independent label should contact Paradream. We accept demos and artists should submit them in WAV format. All demos MUST be accompanied by a full biography on the artists which includes gigs/venues history, fan base and marketing strategies you have used, or are being used currently, and links to online streams. This should be laid out in PDF format. For any links to recordings online, make sure they are working correctly. Paradream will accept physical CDs by mail but only from within the Philippines. Any demos sent not in the correct format and not accompanied by a full bio will be discarded.
